This school holiday, my classmates had so much fun at Bakezin --- celebrating Gianina's birthday. We did creative baking and brought back a few muffins.

Fun with Mini Toy Catcher Arcade Machine

Mum bought a coin-operated mini toy catcher arcade machine last Friday evening at Mini Toons (Changi Airport) after welcoming daddy back from his business trip.

The game machine is so fun and we brought it to our neighbour's house to share it with them.

Nicole is so excited over the game! She's so cute!

Halloween Night

Yesterday, my family had our first experience in a Halloween dress-up party at Uncle James' house. All the kids were dressed up in their costumes. Some were ghouls (which scared me out of my wits), some were fairy tale characters such as Snow White, witch and Captain Hook! I was dressed up as a ladybird while my brother and little sister were a chicken and bumble bee respectively.

Of course, the kids were offered sweets and goodie bags when we did our "trick or treat" session -- a costume parade of sorts.

It's an unforgetable night with lots of laughter, food and sweets!

Singapore Omnitheatre Movie: "Bears"

Last Saturday's movie "Bears" at the Omnitheatre is very entertaining. The theatre is interesting, with pictures projected all around us. Thank you daddy, for bringing us to the movie.

Rehearsal for English "Show & Tell"

For the recent English "Show & Tell" project in school, Naomi had chosen her younger sister as her favourite family member. Here's a recorded practice session at home 2 months' ago.

She did very well that day in school. Naomi, daddy and mummy are so proud of you. Well done!

June School Holidays

I had great fun during the June school vacation, even though we didn't go on any overseas holiday trips.

My family participated in the Sofa Hunt event, went to the Dora show at the airport, visited the Singapore Zoo and I participated in my church's dance camp.

Fun at the National Museum

Mum brought me to the National Museum of Singapore for the opening of the Children's Season programme from 23 May 09. We played many carnival games at the carnival stalls outside the museum.

We had face painting, sand painting, bubble play, free popcorns, pebble stone painting, etc.. I had so much fun under the hot afternoon sun.

School Holiday

11 May is a school holiday. We went to the east coast beach for cycling and had dinner at Subway restaurant. This picture was taken outside McDonald's at East Coast.

Fantastic Sunday

Because of the Influenza A (H1N1) alert across Singapore, my Sunday School did a temperature check on all the children attending Sunday School this morning. We were asked to santitize our hands before going in.

After our lunch at Parkway Parade,we went to Giant supermart to shop for groceries. On the way back, we saw a wadding pool with children in paddle boats. Looks fun!

My Piano Recital (8 Apr 09)

A trip to Bangkok

Hi! I am going on a trip to Bangkok, Thailand. I am in budget terminal. I am happy! I am in the aeroplane. We are landing!

We are in the van! We can see building. The sky is very blue. It is very nice. I can see houses. I can see cars. I can see bridges. I can see trees.We are on the bridge. We can see shops. We can see a shopping centre. I am in a Japanese restaurant called Fuji. I ate a big bowl of noodles! I am drinking a glass of tea. After dinner, I went to a supermart.

It is hot in Bangkok. The things are cheap. I saw some beggars on the streets but was afraid to donate some money to a boy.

We went to Platinum Mall. We went into a shop called "Walking in My Shoes" to see if we could buy shoes for We Kiat. We also went into a shop called "Mr Men and Little Miss". The mall is crowded with small shops and people. We bought hair clips for my younger sister and me. We bought clothes and we walked for a long time. I was so tired.

Our hotel is big and nice! Out toilet has a bath tub and when we bathe in it, it has a lot of bubbles. My brother and sister slept in their baby cots while I slept with my dad and mum on the same bed.

The next morning, we went to Pratumum Centre but it was boring. We saw a balloon mannequin in a fashion retail shop. There are shops that sell real long hair. My sister likes to run all over the place.

We went to a Zebra wholesale shop selling pots and pans, kettles and they sell ice cubes and spoons and chopsticks. They also sell loop handle pots, pressure cooker and shabu pans with stainless steel.

My popo and Ah Ee were lost in the mall. What can we do? My dad went to find them and my brother too. We Kiat likes to play PSP. They are found! Next, we went to buy shoes and got 2 pairs of shoes for me and a pair for my brother.

We went to MBK and we had lunch at a Vietnamese restaurant.

In the evening, we met Ah Ee's colleague, Linda. She is from Thailand. They talked at the shoe shop. We are busy buying shoes for We Kiat. My sister is crying. We are going to the cinema place. Linda is tall.

The last day is a very rush day. We are going back to Singapore. We took a van to the airport and boarded the plane. I felt hot in the plane. As the plane prepared to land, my ears are blocked and I felt pain.

I had so much fun in Bangkok.
